He’s the hero we need but don’t deserve – not only has Daði Freyr once again served Eurovision with another hit entry, the Icelandic synth king has returned to share his secrets with the world in a new dance tutorial for “10 Years” – a dance “perfect for you to get rid of monsters”!

The humorous tutorial sees Daði take you through all stages of the routine, from move 0 – “the jump” – through to movements with your hands and “the pivot”. He also offers important tips to nail the routine, including “moving your hands like a paintbrush” and sharing the Gagnamagnið secret of always beginning with the right.

Iceland’s Daði og Gagnamagnið will represent the Nordic country in Eurovision 2021 with “10 Years”, a song detailing the joys in Daði’s relationship with his wife Árný Fjóla Ásmundsdóttir, in the second semi-final on May 20th.
