Portugal’s Festival da Canção is returning again for the 2015 season of the Eurovision Song Contest and broadcaster RTP publishsed the dates.
The festival will consist of two Semis as well as a Grand Final show. The Semis will take place on March 3rd and 5th with the Final scheduled for March 7th. Six songs will perform in each Semi and the Top three will move on to the Final where the winning song will move on to represent Portugal in Vienna this May. Of the six Finalist, two songs chosen by a televote, will move on to the Super Final, along with one song selected by a jury. At that point, the televoters will have their say again until we have a winner.
The list of participants will be made available in due time.
