The OGAE Poll 2023 continues day by day and the latest voters are OGAE North Macedonia and OGAE The Netherlands. The Dutch 12 points go to Finland and the Macedonian 12 points go to Italy, marking the first the country receives the top score in this year’s poll.

Less than a month ago, the OGAE Poll 2023 began and as of today, 19 OGAE clubs awarded their points. Each of the them reveals its points from 1 to 12, Eurovision style, in order to ultimately determine the grand winner of the OGAE Poll 2023.

And today, we have the results from OGAE North Macedonia and OGAE The Netherlands. While OGAE The Netherlands gave Finland’s 7th 12 points in this year’s poll, OGAE North Macedonia decided to give theirs 12 points to Italy, marking the first time the country receives the top score this year.

16 people voted in the Macedonian OGAE club, and OGAE North Macedonia is the 19th national club to vote in this year’s poll. Croatia — represented by Let 3 — gets its first points in the poll.

  • Italy 🇮🇹 – 3 points
  • Spain 🇪🇸 – 2 points
  • Armenia 🇦🇲 – 1 point

105 people voted in the Dutch OGAE club, and OGAE The Netherlands is the 18th national club to vote in this year’s poll.

OGAE Poll 2023 19

As of now, Loreen from Sweden is still in the lead with 201 points but Finland’s Käärijä is still catching up with 189 points, with only a 12-points gap between the current top 2. And the battle of the 12 points keeps on going between the two Nordic countries: Sweden received the top score 10 times and Finland received it 7 times (including today’s votes).

France is still 3rd in the ranking with 135 points and Norway remains 4th with 112 points.

A total of 1637 people voted so far, but the full results are yet to be known so that we have a winner. These full results will be known around early May, right before the Eurovision Song Contest’s live shows start in Liverpool on May 9.

Last year, more than 3,500 people voted across 43 OGAE national clubs, and Sweden was the winner of the OGAE Poll 2022 with “Hold Me Closer” by Cornelia Jakobs. As of today, Sweden may be up for a second victory in a row, but Finland could grab the crown!
