The Latvian National Final is tonight and if it were up to the ESCUNITED readers, Samanta Tina would become the next Latvian representative.
35% of the votes went to “I need a hero” securing Samanta a healthy lead over Grupa PeR’s “Here we go” which received 17% of the votes, so a significant difference there. The only other song that received a decent amount of votes is Liene Candy and her “Higher and Higher” with 13% of the voters choosing her.

2. Grupa PeR – Here we go 17%
3. Liene Candy – Higher and Higher 13%
4. Davids Kalandija & Dinara – Fool In Love 9%
4. Niko – One 9%
All other songs received less than 5% of the votes.

ESCUnited voters predicted correctly in the case of Germany and Austria, so lets hope they are correct with LATVIA – so ir could be 3 in a row and 3 females!
