This year due to Corona virus we didn’t get to enjoy Eurovision Song Contest, but EBU decided to try out something different with Junior Eurovision and so they did.

We had a taste how next years contest could look like thanks to the modern technologies and augmentative reality.

12 coutries performed, with last years winner Viki Gabor opening the show. She performed once again, during the interval act, along side Roksana 2018. winner and Duncan Laurence, all singing Arcade.

Alicja Szemplinska, who was supposed to represent Poland this year in Rotterdam also performed her entry Empires.

After the first round of voting top 3 was made of:

  1. France with 88 points
  2. Kazakhstan with 83 points
  3. Belarus 73 points

And then it was time for Ida Nowakowska to present the results of online voting. A new record was made as more than 4.5 million votes were made on the Junior Eurovision official website. The online voters decided that the top three countries are:

  1. France with 112 points
  2. Spain with 73 points

That would mean that overall winner is France with 200 points, who were represented by Valentina and her cheerful son J’Imagine.

Host country Poland ended up 9th with 90 points.
