AVERAGE NUMBER OF POINTS PER EDITION

This is a new statistics, so I'll explain how does it work. All points from both semifinal and final are counted and divided by the number of editions in which particular country took part. As PQed countries don't take part in Semifinal, I've decided to substract 0,35 from one edition, which would theoretically mean that PQed country took part in 0,65 of edition(I've counted the average between all winners' percentage of semi points in the sum of all points from one edition).

That's it for this edition! :D I wanted to make one more list but I didn't have enough time because I have to prepare for New Year now :lol:

Btw, I will probably remove from the list countries/regions which took part only in one edition starting with stats after WV06 (maybe even WV07?) but will get them back when that country becomes active again.
