Switching juries is not essential - you can remain in your current chosen country/region but if you want to switch the jury, you can do it once you have taken part 3 editions in one jury.

Soooo, since this is a big step for me, I have to leave a few words here, I'm sure you'll understand :>
I have sent more songs for than for all my other countries/regions together. Apart from a 6th for Iran and BaWü and a 5th for Hesse I have reached all my Top 10 placings, my first silver medal and eventually my first gold medal with Israel. It's the country that made me stay in this contest after all my hard flops back then, when a qualification for me was as rare as seeing a nun in a sauna. I think I can say, without sounding arrogant, that I have achieved for Israel, what no one has achieved with Israel before and it somehow became my WV identity...but I think now the time has come for some new fresh air in my WV life. I have sent most songs for Israel, that were on my list, the ones that are left are mostly songs by artists that I have sent already. So even though I might regret this decision at some point, this is not only the chance for something new, but also the chance to gather some time to find new songs, should I return to Israel someday in the future (which is very likely, as you know me )
Sorry, that with this I'm also cancelling my NF and causing trouble, but it somehow just feels the right thing to do right now. I hope you understand me...
In case of a return Ania Bukstein will definitely get her chance!!
