The only UK entry of the '00s I can actually stand listening to is 2004 "Hold On To Our Love". The rest are either bland, cringe-worthy or downright awful. In my wee humble opinion.

Such a shame though. The UK used to be so good.

I must be a bad ESC fan - I can't i.d songs from the year alone.
I had to dig out my Cd's to remind me of who sung what,in which year.

I voted for 2007 - Scooch : 'Flying The Flag For You'. I can see why lots of people dislike it (and yes,I prefer Cyndi too),but I still enjoy this song.I prefer the slower ,almost acapella version though - I think it's called 'moonlight mix' or something.

Teenage Life definitely. A middle-aged white man in stone-washed denim, rapping about his school days makes me smile.

It's the only Eurovision song I own a CD single of.

2002 Jessica Garlick for me, with Jade as a close second. The '00s wasnt a golden era for the UK to say the least...

I'm actually ashamed that those are the entries we've sent lately. None of them are Eurovision worthy imho, nevermind potential winners. I voted Jessica Garlick because she is the worst of a very bad bunch.
