jesc 2023 stage

If you plan to attend the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 stay tuned on Monday 23 October. On that day, the official social media channels will reveal tickets information for the event which will take place in Nice on November 26.

Mark your calendar if you want to attend the Junior Eurovision 2023 in Nice because we finally have some news about the tickets. In an Instagram story posted this Friday by the official account Eurovision France, we see that that the details about the tickets for the contest will be revealed on Monday 23 October at 12:00 CET.

We still don’t know what exactly are those details to be revealed in two days, but we may get the date and places to purchase the tickets for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023. Last year, the JESC took place in two shows, a Jury Final and the Grand-Final which was broadcasted live, and the same should happen this year.

JESC 2023 will be maintained

After the cancellation of the MTV EMA 2023 in Paris, some Eurofans feared that the JESC 2023 could be cancelled too because of the ongoing high security threats in the country.

But don’t bring out the tissues because we’ve got confirmation from the French delegation that the Junior Eurovision will be maintained this year. The security measures will be reinforced according to the current situation but everything else should go as planned.

The Junior Eurovision 2023

This year, the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Nice in Palais Nikaïa after Lissandro won last year in Yerevan, Armenia with his song “Oh Maman !”.

Starting at 16:00 CET on November 26, the 16 participating countries will sing their heart out to snatch the trophy. For the first time in the history of the contest, the Big Five (France, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom and Italy) will all compete at the Junior Eurovision, and Estonia is making its debut in the contest, which promises a very exciting contest.

Moreover, the pre-recorded live vocals will be banned for the very first time in the history of the contest in Nice. A move that doesn’t follow what Eurovision did in the last couple years, even this year in Liverpool.
