WLSC Congratulations 3 - Planning thread

Since there was a WLSC Congrats after WLSC 20, and another one after WLSC 40, I think it's high time we start discussing Congrats 3 now that WLSC 60 is right on our doorstep! :D

Like last time, (I think) the rules should be:

1. Any nation who participated in WLSC 41 - WLSC 60 is eligible to enter
2. You have to send one of your own entries from the above time period (duh)
3. No winning entries
4. No NSC entries (except if your entry was in WLSC before it was in NSC - then it's ok)

So who's in? And who would like to host?

What do you mean by no NSC entries? Would this mean I cannot enter Sofia Jannok for example as somebody else entered her in NSC?

If you sent it before it was in NSC, then I think it would be allowed. We had that exception last congrats.

I think we had this rule last time partly to sort of "force" people to send entries that haven't had as much exposure on the forum, which I think is a good idea.

If that particular song was in NSC, then no it wouldn't be eligible for congrats. If you sent a different Sofia Jannok song, then that would obviously be ok.

Unless I've missed someone, all the following nations are eligible to enter Congrats 3 (provided their entry is from WLSC 41-WLSC 60 of course):
