Spain won't win. But in case we win someday, we'll have a problem because there are not so much big indoor arenas here.

The biggest one is Bizkaia Arena in Bilbao
Capacity: 26.000 for concerts

Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona
Capacity: 24.000

Two places in Madrid
Palacio de los Deportes: 15.500
Palacio Vistalegre: 14.000

I really hope so!!! I want to visit Stockholm and the Eurovision is actually a good reason to fly there :D

I´m pretty sure it will be Friends if we win, because both Globen and Scandinavium needs improvements and only those cost a few millions. The infrastructure has also been very improved around Friends since 2013

Only stadiums that have retractable roofs. These ones can host, the others can't.

I somehow doubt that (in the unlikely event Sweden should win and Stockholm would host) Friends Arena would be the arena of choice. As far as I know, it's far too costly to rent it for the amount of weeks needed for Eurovision. Seeing as it's also the home arena of the Swedish national football team as well as the AIK football team, I'm not even sure the arena would be available to rent for the amount of weeks needed for Eurovision.

I don't know if it's a similar situation with the fairly new Tele2 arena, if that would be a more viable option. If not, I think it would be great to return to Globen.

Or better yet, let Umeå host it! :D ;) Party at my flat, y'all! xcheer
