As for Kosma's population, in addition to gay immigrants, we have this:
The government of Kosma is proud to announce the dedication of a new Kosmanaut research facility!
This institute will be charged with the development of fetuses using only aquatic shale, thus removing the need for Kosma to have a female population. This technology will be then be outsourced to all willing countries in Internatia. A law passed this morning in the Kosmanaut parliament guaranteed that all current Kosmanaut women would not lose citizenship, and be guaranteed to retain all rights which they currently enjoy.
Kosmanaut women, which currently form 3.8% of the population, are required to report to
Breeding Centres five times through their lives, at the ages of 18, 20, 23, 27, and 30. After reporting to a breeding station on her birthdate of each applicable year, the candidate will be inseminated with semen collected from a Kosmanaut
Spermatory. Upon confirmation of the pregnancy, the fetus will then be genetically modified to ensure that a gay male is born, and such will be the procedure for the following three fetuses. For the candidate's fifth, and final insemination, it will be a random draw as to whether her fetus will become a woman, or straight man. With this system, Kosma's population is guaranteed to keep growing. However, with advances in the field of
aquatic shale incubation, the need for both women and Breeding Centres will be eliminated, thus ensuring Kosma's growing population for generations to come.
