We started a conversation in the topic ,,Impact of Germany's victory" about this but it went off-topic so I crated this topic.
How is Europe divided?
This is how I know it:
1. Central Europe (are considered in Central Europe most of the countries that have the Danube): -de, -ch, -at, -pl, -cz, -sk, -hu, -ro, -md, -li
2. Southern Europe aka Mediteranean Europe (are considered in Southern Europe all countries whithin the Iberic Peninsula, the Italic Peninsula and the Balkanik Peninsula + all microstates except -li): -it, -es, -pt, -gr, -bg, -al, -mk, -ba, -rs, -me, -hr, -sl, -ad, -mt, -mc, -sm, Vatican City, -cy and -tr
3. Eastern Europe aka Continental Europe (are consiedered in Eastern Europe mostly all the countries from former U.S.S.R. except -md, and the Baltics, as 5 % of -kz is in Europe than it's an European country just like -ru): -am, -az, -ge, -kz, -by, -ua, -ru
5. Western Europe aka Atlantic Europe: -fr, -be, -lu, -nl, -uk, -ie
6. Northern Europe: -dk, -no, -se, -fi, -is, -lt, -lv, -ee
* Part of -ro called Dobrogea is in Southern Europe as it is located in the Balkan Peninsula
* Northern part of -rs is in Central Europe as it's not in the Balkans. So Pancevo is in Central Europe and Belgrade is in Southern Europe.
