Until December 25 all delegations have time in order to refuse from participation without paying a fee. I assume that in December or in the beginning of January we will find out about all participants officially.

Is it Armenia or Argentina taking part? ;)

And I didn't know Germany got the same flag as Georgia

As for Montenegro I think they already declined ?

^ According to our dear member Luke who writes for ESCdaily it was a false info.
Also it appeared on Esctoday but later it was deleted.
I prefer to trust Esctoday or other media who are in touch with the broadcasters.

^^ Just like it is said in the first post, we don't know the exact date, but it is possible for the list to come out on the end of December, or beginning of January :)

^ EBU left a "window" for non-full EBU members so if broadcasters want to become a full member but technically it's possible only in 2011 they can still participate in Eurovision 2011. Thus Liechtenstein and Hungary (Duna TV) which have already sent their applications can apply for ESC 2011.
+ MTV can get back and host it after 2011 because they improved their financial condition for 2011.

^ it's not my conclusion ;)
And it's just rumors until EBU or broadcaster's officials confirm something so I prefer to wait for official info.

we'll see in December, anyway.
