The broadcaster announced that Despina Olympiou will fly the Flag for Cyprus in Malmo. The 37 year old singer was selected internally by CyBC and her song will be in Greek.
This song will be truly a song from Cyprus as the singer as well as Andreas Giorgallis (music) and Zenon Zindilis (lyrics) are Cypriot citizens.
Unfortunately we don’t have an update on the song yet but we wish Despina the best of luck, she is set to perform in the second half of Semi One.
