Fellow Festivali i Këngës 59 participants Mirud and Xhesika Polo have collaborated on the former’s entry “Nëse Vdes”, with Mirud releasing this duet today.

The Albanian singers took part separately in Albania’s selection for Eurovision 2021, with Xhesika performing “Më mbron”, and while neither of the performers finished in the top three on the final night, they certainly captured hearts with our readers and forum members!

Now, the highly-anticipated duet has been released, and #YOU can listen to Mirud and Xhesika’s version of “Nëse Vdes” below;

Albania will be represented by Anxhela Peristeri who will perform “Karma” at Eurovision 2021. The song is set to stay in Albanian, following in the footsteps of Jonida Maliqi in 2019 and Eugent Bushpepa in 2018 in sticking to the native language.
