Perhaps the Eurovision stage has alluded Ace Wilder so far, but it seems a bigger calling may be just around the corner on the silver screen? The new Bridget Jones film, Bridget Jones’ Baby, had a trailer released a few days ago and Melodifestivalen fans may find a familiar song as the backdrop…

“Don’t Worry”, Wilder’s entry for the Swedish selection this year, has made it as the backdrop for one of the bigger British releases this summer. But it’s not the first time the 33 year old has had her music in blockbuster trailers, as her song “Riot” was also featured in March’s trailer for The Angry Birds Movie (song begins roughly 1.20 in);

Will she be swapping Melodifestivalen for a career in movie soundtracks? Perhaps not, but great to see a Eurovision hopeful recieve some wide exposure!
