Go to http://fis.com/fis/gif/flags/32/xx.png, replacing xx with the ccTLD (that two-letter code you see at the end of web addresses) of the country you want the flag of.

So Costa Rica would for example be http://fis.com/fis/gif/flags/32/cr.png, which is displayed as

Just post the flag you want for your region when you confirm, and I believe one of the mods will add it.
