The Russian broadcaster has received more applications for their preselection than expected. As a result, the current deadline will now be extended. The previous plan was to air KTO (“Who”) on the 31st of December in order to let the Russian public pick their Eurovision 2014 representative. The new date has not been revealed but the national final is due to take place in March. The deadline for sending in submissions has been extended to 28th of February.

So “Who” will follow Dina Garipova’s footsteps?
