la zarra évidemment

Days after announcing Sunday 19 February as the official release date for La Zarra‘s Eurovision song, we get the title. It is called ‘Évidemment‘, as some rumors predicted it.

France will reveal their song for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 on Sunday at 20:30 CET, during a live show on France 2. And today, the official Eurovision Twitter account revealed that La Zarra’s song is called ‘Évidemment’, which means Obviously in English.

La Zarra will obviously sing Évidemment in Liverpool

Not only do we get the title of the French entry for Liverpool today, we also have the official artwork of Évidemment, featuring the singer wearing a blazer and a beret, very French look, and golden letters with a burgundy background. A very classy cover, which may hint a very classy song as well.

‘Évidemment’ is yet to be heard but don’t worry, you just have to wait 4 days before having it in your ears. As a reminder, the song will be in French and will feature different genres, with a hint of modernity. We should also expect a mysterious and surprising vibe from the song, adding to the apparent classy tone.

La Zarra is a Canadian-Moroccan singer who released an album called Traîtrise in 2021. She’s signed with Indifference Prod and has two hit songs: “Tu t’en iras” (2021) and “Sans moi” (2022). She also recently collaborated with Slimane, very famous French singer, on his album Chroniques d’un Cupidon on the song “Les amants de la colline” (2022).

The singer and her team spent long hours in the recording studio to record and add the finishing touches to Évidemment. And the song is now ready for Liverpool to be performed in front of millions of music lovers in Europe and all around the world.
