Because they already did such a thing, with different people voting in different events, which led to bizarre situation where countries getting 12 in the semis often got 0 in the final and vice versa. This isn't much different to random.org voting.

It's very different mr.! It can happen with one single voter too, if he prefers a semi much more than the other one.

Since this has become an issue already and because I don't like issues, Nicholas will do his best to listen and rank the first semi's songs. To what the second semi concerns, my work is done so REJU votes won't be a problem at all.

(Obviously it was planned both voting in the final).
