Israel got 12 points from Belarus, because in the combined jury votes from Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia Israel was last.

Why is this fair?!

No offense to Israel. They should have received more points, but not this way.

Just like the UK's "Never Give Up on You", they ruined it by making it more "modern". The simple, timeless arrangement is what made them both special, then they just became bland pop ballads.

Quite a realistic outcome here. The song was quite bland from the beginning, but the live performance managed to lift it to a somewhat higher level. Didn't deserve last place, but not much more than that either.
