Although I have found your tops way too mainstream (like that insult of a bottom 3 in 2018! ) I must give you credit for the odd surprise like Slovakia 1998, that is admittedly my favourite Slovakian entry! I do kind of think Ireland have won more than us for a reason though.

Well, often songs are popular and do well for a reason - because they are good songs! So, often I feel myself doing the obvious thing and putting obvious choices top. I like it though when I discover an unexpected gem and divert from the norm a bit - like with Slovakia 1998. Also Sweden 1958... I expected to put Italy top but discovered Lilla stjärna, which is beautiful!

None of the songs in 2018 are that bad - but I find Viszlát nyár hard to listen to when it becomes more screaming than music, For You is fine but just rather dull and forgettable, and Nova Deca is ok too but too messy for my liking.

Citelis - there are always going to be lots of disagreements, but I will take that as a compliment and hereby declare you to have TASTE.

I don't mind the obvious choices for periods I actually really like, like the 80s I don't dislike any of the real winners, it's just that mainly the post-language rule era has been not to my taste whereas that time in the 70s when there was no language rule it didn't seem to affect that much for me!
