Yeah, a live orchestra would be incredible for this as the song would really lend itself to it.

The live performance was wonderful. Just a few things that need to be ironed out. In fact i'm sure they will be by May as this is Conchita's first live performance. The big note leading into the final chorus for instance wasn't quite as powerful as it could have been and maybe even a few slight timing/pitch issues in the verse. I think she needs to let go more but otherwise it was very good and will only get better overtime as Conchita Performs it more.
