Is there even anyone who cares about Arjan entries anymore? 
Anyway, to expand on this entry - Tiffany Page, despite sounding very American in this song, is a British singer-songwriter who grew up in Zimbabwe but is now based in London. She's not been around too long so there's not that much more info out there about her but I think this song is both summery and has one of the catchiest choruses I've heard in a while so I hope someone likes it at least

I updated my statistics and as of this nsc Arjastan is the 1st country to get from me 100 points in the finals
