Hard to predict a clear winner this time. A much more diverse roster might result in points being spread across the scoreboard.
I think Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are surefire top 5 though. Kazakhstan has everything in its sexy production and composition to get a ton of points. Azerbaijan has the forever loveable novelty act entry powerfully performed by Sabina Babayeva who was a Eurovision participant. Even though both have everything for it, neither seems to be obvious winners to me.
Tajikistan is also a very strong entry which in turn has one of the best bops in this edition. Manizha is truly a prowess of an artist! Will the song alone be enough for a victory though? As just the studio version was selected over the erratic music video, it may get lost in the sea of bops with expressive MVs like Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Russia and Armenia who are all potentially in the top 10.
Then we have entries with very creative concepts both in MVs and in the songs themselves which have been doing pretty well recently. I'm thinking of entries like Vietnam, India, Japan and Palestine. Those can go either way so I'm not sure how they will end up, but they will definitely get points.
