It has come to my attention that whenever I posted the results spreadsheets of the contests that I hosted, I failed to enable sharing, which is why those of you who tried to access the spreadsheets were unable to do so.

I have an unusual request.
I am looking for a creative person who would like to produce a video for one of my potential future entries. It's a song that's been featured in a previous NF of mine. There are no guidelines about the content, so it doesnt have to tell a story, consist of highest quality material or any special effects. I don't have much of a vision myself right now. I would ask you to just listen to the song, get inspired and use your imagination. Ngl a sims video or something would be cool too (I am not adressing anybody in particular)
Some context. I am not of a lazy kind when it comes to create something like this. As you know I sometimes produced my own inofficial videos for my entries (aka whiteshoes productions) and I would love to keep on doing that. For quite a while though I don't own a personal computer anymore and I meanwhile use the my workplace laptop for private purposes at home. It's a pretty good one but I don't have administrator rights (only the company has) so I cannot install video editing programms unless I can convince my company that I need it for work. But even in this case I guess they would expect some work-related output sooner and later so I don't get away with that.
I tried mobile apps for video editing and stuff like this but the handling has always been very uncomfortable for me. I cannot work precisely and the free tools are usually rather basic. Moreover my mobile devices use to crash or get laggy sooner or later when I use these applications.
So if you produce a video I obviously don't wanna own them or make them mine. You could upload them on your own accounts or if you let me upload them I would make sure you get some credit (or you can credit yourself in the video). If I get more responses I might just turn it into a casting and choose my favorite video and a 2nd or 3rd place and honorable mentions but modestly I'd be happy about any positive response. Just contact me via DM for furter informations. I don't know yet how to return the favour but I would come up with something.

Question for the mods: are videos on the internet archive usable? I assume it would cause problems for LL but I know there've been problems with LL videos before so I'm wondering if I can get away with it. Unfortunately I have a prospective entry down the road that's only available there. Thanks so much for the guidance!

Welcome!Hello, if i want to participate, what is the procedure to follow?
1. Read The Rules
2. Check The List of Participants, Jury switching thread and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
3. Submit your application in the form of a Private Message to the WorldVision account

Have you read the rules and agree with them? yes/no
Once you get a confirmation from one of the moderators, you get to the Observation Period.
1. Observation Period - the preliminary stage of the contest before becoming active contestants with a chosen country or region.
2. Members of Observation period are:
- newcomers;
- returning members - these are members who took part in the contest in the past.
3. OP members are banned from voting and sending entries to the main contest, but are still allowed to take part in the spin off contests held in the spin off subforum
4. OP members can enter the contest when there is an available spot. If the roster is full, the spot will simply be given to the person who is top of the list. In case it isn't, members can join the contest when they have completed their Observation Period.
Newcomers should observe the run of the contest for 2 full editions before receiving an invitation. This period is reduced to 1 edition for returning members.
lavieenrose explained everything well, I would just add that as per Rule 1. you need a minimum of 30 posts to join the OP But once you do we'll happily welcome you!
