Aw, i'm sure I will. I think maybe it's because I care so much that i'm just worried. What she achieved with "Maybe" was so incredible. I want her to reach the final again, and with a song like this it just seems near impossible. People said for "Maybe" that it would for sure fail, and I was always adamant that the song had the power to make it. I now feel the complete opposite. I don't see a duet like this making it and it pains me to say it because I want to believe in Valentina.

Well honestly Serhat did pretty well last year considering the fact he was basically the mascot and the biggest joke among fans.
He scored better than Iceland's Greta, Estonia's Juri and Greece's Argo.

The "Maybe" year was so difficult for me after "Crisalide", how fans completely jumped ship and were disappointed, when to me it was even better and so poignant. Of course that story had a happy ending. Now to see people excited for Valentina again is a great thing, even if i'm initially disappointed with the direction.

I've come to a bit of a realization about this song. The Valentina journey 2012-4 was downright cinematic. I mean that literally; someday, some screenwriter is going to discover who she is and someone is going to win an Oscar for playing her. And as "Country #6 is...San Marino!!1!" happens & the end credits start to roll...this is the song that plays. I thought for a while that to make me happy, a Valentina return would have to happen in a way totally separate from her brilliant tale, so that it didn't ruin the perfect ending. On that front, this delivers and in spades. Do I like it more than "Maybe" and "Crisalide?" I can't even say because they're so tied to who she is, and this feels like an out of body experience from her that she somehow also performs perfectly. But does it ruin Valentina's story? I for sure don't think so.

Y'all know my thoughts on the song; I already put them here a couple times. 12 points.

So i guess the 3 times rule doesn't count with duets. It will probably pass through the final since it's hardcore kitsch like last year, and the queen of Facebook is singing the half of it. Valentina never was my "queen" and never will be. I don't get this obsession that some may have.

The song is so so. 6 points for the moment. It gets better in the last 30 seconds.

Overall, it sounds like a song written by a very old man (Ralph Siegel?) trying to impersonate zeitgeist but failing.

WOW, just found out that Jimmie was in polish talent show, Must Be The Music where he got to the semi-finals!

Come to think of it I kinda like this song. It's catchy, is there among so many ballads and mid tempos. It's better than Israel in the same semi.
