Voting has officially closed in this one of Melodifestivalen NF in Worldvision for Sweden. The call was thrown out
for people far and wide to come forwards with their voting for this prestigious event. Some of you guys answered
and to that we thank each of you taking the time to bless us with your game changing scores and valuable comments.
It is much appreciated!




An interesting mix of scores come in, but a pattern did emerge with a clear winner coming out in front, who will
go on to represent Sweden in the upcoming Worldvision edition being held in Turda, Romania. Salt Mines galore -
the winner of our NF will surely love it. A little spoiler is below for 2 of the songs who come in the bottom and
will therefore not be going to Turda.

Heyy, it's been a little while since we did a full statement on our upcoming entry and a possible little hint. Anyways, we're going
in a different direction this upcoming edition. The energised English language pop Schlagar is out, and the Swedish ballad is in.
This extra edition was unplanned, and it's a great moment to break the chain with something different before heading back to our
homeland in Western USA. We wont announce who the singer is, but she is no stranger to Worldvision, having been sent more
than once before and is definitely known to the Eurovision fandom at large. She's also not a Eurovision/MF alumni. Nothing more

So what can you expect from me as I take the reigns of glorious Sweden?

Basically, it's largely business as usual, with a few curve balls to come, but probably a little more heavily weighted to the poppier side of the song spectrum.

And I have the perfect debut I think - a song that has been on my playlist for years, and I've never quite found the right time to send it to another contest, but I just feel that it perfectly embodies the sound that you'd all expect from a shameless central Pot A stalwart.
