Ooft, just shows how insane the past month and a bit has been for me that I've neglected to update this thread with two entries... Bad ditz!

Two DNQs but I'm still proud to have these bops in my history...

And for 184, to prevent a 3 DNQ streak, I gotta bring out one of the big guns in Swedish dancepop (IMHO) - hit after hit from this legend, and bizarrely she's only featured once in WV before... and with, in my opinion, her worst single...

So I'm calling on anyone that would like to help me select my entry to send me a PM or comment below that you're interested in helping and I'll send you over the 6 songs that I'm considering with the voting format. I might reach out to a few peeps that I know would enjoy the tunes too.

Honestly, I am so sad Forever has flopped so hard. It didn't help that Loreen changed labels, the song has zero radio and playlist support. Her interval act was very impressive but I think it was a little bit boring after the first two minutes.

Cast your mind back to WV 188 - Gary took a bold step, ditching his usual pop/dance divas in favour of some symphonic metal from the group Majestica. Sadly, the lead singer had already agreed to perform for Svealand, so the entry was not valid in the end, but things happen for a reason...

And the reason on this occasion is because after the submission for WV 188, Majestica released a brand new track, the debut from their new album.... And it is, without a shadow of a doubt, MY FAVOURITE EVER METAL TRACK. Bar none.

Just listen to the epic vocal performance. The melodies. The harmonies. The unusual key change up and back down again. And that guitar solo

Take note any people that may send metal or rock - this is how to snag BIG points from me; highly melodic, epic, and expertly executed deliciousness! @Stargazer @as78 I need your Reju votes - could've cried seeing you in the other Semi! And sorry @EurovisionSmile - I know you preferred the folk-tinged "Metal United" to this one, but I just cannot deny my favourite metal song ever a chance to represent my country at WV!
