Pretty random lol. Why would they have an American artist performing, while it's an European Contest which imo should showcase European talent? I would not be surprised if the US will be on the scoreboard next year. I am totally ok with Australia joining the contest, I can see why, but I am scared this is becoming a worldwide contest...

What do you guys/girls think?

And of course, EBU had to choose Justin Timberlake to perform as an interval act, and not for example Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey or Madonna... -_-

Pretty random, but I don't think it's a bad choice.

Well it makes sense for J.T. to do that - There is almost no better way to promote a new song. (Superbowl, maybe)

An Australian performed as an interval act and hey presto, Australia joined.
Is this a message about a newcomer in 2017/18?

And Justin, of all people. I mean there are so many acts in Sweden! Aqua performed in 2001 and they were Danish. Can't they get Zara Larsson for instance?

Really? Amerika to take part? It would be a hard task to find a song that pleases the European Mainstream.

A lot can be said about the Finnish and Norwegian hostings back in 2007 and 2010 but at least they did the interval act RIGHT

Lazy job SVT!

Well, that's different. I can't say I have any particularly strong feelings about this since he's only going to preform one song and that doesn't really take up too much time in the contest.

At least they've found some kind of Swedish connection in all this since Max Martin and Shellback co-wrote and produced the song.

Sweden really has a problem in showing of their culture don't they? Instead of using this opportunity to show local talent and culture they invite Justin Timberlake...

So after listening through 26 songs SVT think the answer is to make us listen through even more songs of someone who isn't even Swedish. Seems kinda lazy tbh. I liked their interval in 2013 but I feel this will be very meh, and why even him of all people? :?

Disgusting decision. It doesn't make sense at all, what does he have to do with Sweden, or Europe in general for crying at loud. SVT is greedy af to allow a mediocre performer to perform a mediocre song that wont add any value to the contest, I'm sure the money is the bigest reason for this. Absolutely appalling.

Please tell me this it just a bad April Fools Day joke. :?

I don't really care too much for the interval acts but still, how about showing something traditional and/or Swedish? No? Would have also been much cheaper and easier imo. :? And I wouldn't really complain too much if it actually was a decent artist. And to think how many great artists Sweden has.

Interesting who paid in this case? SVT to get JT or JT to promote song?

Well if believe its just an interval act, remember in Moscow 2009 we had Argentinian circus as interval act and no one complained
