Your country puts a lot of effort recently as well..for example I prefer NED this year to this one.. :)

I do not like this. It's just flat. I don't even have no feelings to it. It's boring, dull, goes nowhere and tries to be a masterpice.

In terms of effort, we definitely made a huge improvement since 2013.
But I cant say Im over the moon with our choice this year, But I knew that when they announced the artist :lol:

Its still a decent entry, But after 2 listens I can already admit defeat to :be: songwise.
In terms of live performance and staging, anything can still happen though ;p

Believe me I think NED 2017 will shine and this one I'm not sure, it can go down the wrong street.. ;)

Ppl praise this one like it is so original, while I find it actually quite ordinary, we can listen songs like this so much everywhere...with better compositions..but we will see..

In terms of singing :nl: Will shine, in terms of staging I dont know.
There is a very big chance that with bad staging this will flop, but lets stay optimistic ;)

I like it a lot, But I dont think I can let it pass "Blackbird" yet though :eek:

The more I listen to it, the more I start to dislike it, but at the same time start to love it. It's confusing. :lol: Some parts are really good but after it's done I forgot what I've been listening to.

First or second modern, high quality song of the year. :10: MUST be in the TOP10 of the Final.

I mean the song doesn't have ANY melody at all? It's the same stuff for 3 minutes! But hey it's so modern and decent... :rolleyes:

Great song. It looks like Belgium is taking the contest seriously and trying a very interesting approach that doesn't feel stale unlike most of the others. Third year now. Loving the sound of her voice, the electronic beat and the fact that there are no useless hystrionics. The falsetto bit is brilliant and it is all it needs to prevent it feeling too flat. If the last two were anything to go by, I'm very looking forward for the staging of this in may. Well done!

I was stunned when I listened to the snippet in the morning, but now that I have listened to the full song....

<unpopular opinion alert>

I don't bother raping the replay button. It is too repetitive and monotonous me and loses all magic after 1 minute for me.

I will not be upset if it wins, but it is not close to Portugal and Italy for me.

I get what you mean; the first minute makes is really magical and interesting, and makes you curious what's gonna come next. But then it all seems a little more of the same which is really a bit of a letdown.

I've listened 4 times the belgian song.
It is good. But not that outstanding.
Too early to judge it as a winner, we all know what singing live means.
Studio versions can hide many problems and seemed
to me that her voice was really rielaborated. We would have a clear idea once she will sing live
Anyway let's wait and see.
