After three consecutive years of non-qualification, Denmark looks to break that streak and has officially announced that the submission-window for Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2024 is open.

The period for submitting entries will officially have just started and will end again on the 27th of October.

DR, the Danish broadcaster of Eurovision and DMGP, is looking for a song that can represent Danish culture in the best way possible. You can submit a song to DMGP if either the composer, lyricist, or performing artist is a Danish citizen or with solid relation to the Kingdom of Denmark (this includes Greenland and the Faroe Islands). The whole rule list can be found in a recent DR article.

If you fit these criteria and it sounds interesting, you can click here to submit a song:

This year’s entry, Reiley, represented Denmark at Eurovision 2023 and couldn’t qualify for the final, resulting in 33rd place.
