After their victory in Vidbir 2023, TVORCHi has released a new version of the song ‘Heart of Steel’ that will be used for the contest.
The new revamped version includes just slight changes to the song, mainly through the introduction of some Ukrainian lyrics and changes in the instrumental lines. The length of the entry did not change.
The band feels that their song is for everyone who carries a heart of steel and doesn’t give up despite all the hopelessness.
As the co-host for the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest, Ukraine will automatically qualify for the Grand Final on May 13th alongside the other Big 5 countries – the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Italy, and France. The contest will be a co-production between former winning country Ukraine and host nation United Kingdom.
