Yes, for 3 semis it has to be 61 semi participants, and this edition there is 59. Wow, didn't see this one coming considering there's currently 73 people in WV

So now that means 1 semi of 30 and 1 of 29. Which means 2 PQs will vote in one semi while the third votes in the other to balance things out
