Not when there is 28 songs. Usually the first ones are forgotten, or people prefer later songs they've heard. I think around the middle is best tbh. It doesn't matter as much as in ESC, but I do think it can have an affect.

It might have an affect in SFs.. however before the finals many people already know all the songs and voted for their favs in the Semi Finals.. so the draw doesn't play a role for these people cause they have their favorites in their mind. This of course only concerns people who actually do REJU Voting.
