I know we've got a thread going for predicting the running order, but I want to talk specifically of who's performing first.
Here's what I think:
TL;DR:
The producers are gonna want to start the show off with a bang; something that says "Eurovision is back!". I think Embers is the perfect uptempo, feel good song to start off with. and also have a shot at opening imo, but Last Dance doesn't sound right as an opener, and Serbia's act could be considered a bit in-your-face (not that I necessarily agree with that assessment).
Here's why it's not going to be any of the other songs that drew first half:
Not high energy enough
Not high energy enough
Too risky to start a family-friendly show with a song about the devil
They'll want to choose a live performance since that's more likely to get the crowd pumped
Idk it just doesn't seem like the vibe
Too high in the betting odds
Not high energy enough
Similar to Cyprus, might drive away a certain audience
