It might be Ireland, cause I don't know who voted for it. Serbia and Montenegro gave each other points probably. Czechia and Australia weren't bad enough. Georgia is the other contender, but I feel some right wing votes from Serbia or something.

I was about to say Georgia, but I thought the performance was surprisingly decent so maybe it picked up a few votes based on that.
