Preliminary Round
There are 8 groups: 1956-1963, 1964-1971, 1972-1979, 1980-1987, 1988-1995, 1996-2003, 2004-2011, 2012-2019.
In each group we vote up to 20 entries (like we have 20 sms).
Rule 1: we can not vote entries from our country.
Rule 2: we can not vote more than once for an entry.
We begin with the 1st & the 2nd group, 1956-1963 & 1964-1971.
