I actually like Tixs song, but the staging sorry... eurovision isnt a joke anymore... and this is also what im getting from this semi-final - a joke.

That popularity is why he got the free pass to the final then I take it. I hate this whole idea to be honest. We miss out potentially on great songs if more than one of them get thrown into a heat together.

Between the clownfest that is Lithuania's NF I managed to catch up to the performances.
Elevate is cute and all, classic nordic sound, but yeah not much fuss to make about it. She sounded better in the second performance at least.
Playing with Fire is more interesting, maybe not enough punchy but it wasn't a waste of time. I'm sad she didn't advance, she would have brought something else.
Faith Bloody Faith gave me a better impression than with the studio version. Out of the 4 songs of tonight it's the one I would play on repeat the most, as I'm a rock and metal supporter. Well, too bad.
Let Loose's singer has good voice-control, I like the sax but maybe the whole thing... is not enough ? It's quite simple all in all.

I guess I was okay with the songs but found none that I would get behind in ESC.

My least favourite won but my care levels were low anyway as I wasn't into either song in the final battle. At least the gays and fans of wind instruments are well fed tonight. Eat up my lovelies.
