I don't know if it's open to non-Swedish, but at least I think it's not closed. Gustav tells in another tweet that SVT rules says you need to be a registered student though.

^^ Could be, but the purpose for this type of job is to learn and get insight of things. I don't think English would be any problem for anyone involved. You get paid of course (probably something like 5-6 EURO/hour). Putting up the right profile in the CV, I actually think (for what it's worth) a non-Swedish could have an advantage.
