Just a few hours away from the Final

My personal ranking

1. Danny ... 12 points, but has no chance to win.
2. Teflon Brothers & Pandora ... 8 points, I admit its infectious.
3. Ilta ... 5 points
4. Laura ... 4 points
5. Aksel ... meh
6. Oskr ... meh
7. Blind Channel... can’t stand it, but I believe they could do well in ESC, by Finnish standards that means not being last or even qualifying to the Final.

My prediction

1. Telfon Brothers & Pandora
2. Blind Channel
3. Ilta
4. Aksel
5. Danny
6. Oskr
7. Laura

I think it could be a close race between Teflon Bros & Pandora and Blind Channel, but the televoting will back the former, unless something extraordinary. Blind Channel will need to really smash it at the jury panel to overcome this, and I doubt Teflon will be ditched badly. Then there is Ilta, a dark horse who can pull off a surprising victory, if she serves emotion. Finland has not chosen iskelmä for... i don’t even remember how many years?
Any other result will be shocking!

Ofc anything can still happen after the live performance.

I think you could vote as a foreigner in UMK 2021 (correct me if I'm wrong) if someone is interested. First, you have to download the Yle.fi app (on Google Play or Apple Store) and after you have downloaded it you have to make a Yle account/Yle tunnus. It asks for email/sähköposti, email again/sähköposti uudestaan, password/salasana, birth year/valitse vuosi and month/valitse kuukausi and gender (woman/nainen, man/mies, other/muu or don't want to tell/en halua kertoa). After that you need to agree to the terms of service (Hyväksyn Yle tunnuksen käyttöehdot). Then you are ready to vote. You can vote only once on the app and it's completely free :) Feel free to give it a try. It could work.

If we assume the winner is one of BC, TBxPandora, and Ilta, I can guarantee it's not going to be BC, because they're my favourite. :mrgreen: It's just that the other two are too weak for me to want to vote for them even as a compromise, and I don't think Aksel or Oskr are winning, so things are going to be pretty interesting if BC don't pull it off live - maybe I'll just vote for Danny. If BC do pull it off, my vote is clear, but nothing is ever certain in UMK, apart from the show being somewhat worse than you expect every year.

If you want BC to win, vote for them. I will.
I don't even care if the show is a little off (that can be fixed), or the vocals are not pure (I mean, come on, it's rock, not opera), I'm still going to vote for them.
