So, often people make "opposite gender" versions of songs by changing pitch. And I found some gems. Here are some "genderflipped"/pitch-shifted songs. Usually, it's female to male, rather than vice versa, because when you pitch a man's voice up, it usually sounds chipmunky. There's no need to pitch-shift Cezar, since we already know what he'd sound like as a woman.

Emmelie de Forest

Margaret Berger

Krista Siegfrids (this one's hilarious)

Elitsa

and Loreen:

I think Loreen would make a hot guy.

And there's more out there...

So, what do you think? How many points would you give these versions?

Is the title of this thread "genderbent" really appropriate??

But anyway, Euphoria is one of my favourites to listen to of gender flipped songs. Overall though I tend to just prefer songs pitched slightly, not massively :p

They sound quite unsettling with male voices...

I love Margaret as a male. The song actually sounds really good like this~

I'd love to hear It's my life pitched down to a deep, dark bass voice.
