Going off of leaks/snippets and everything national finals are giving right now this is my current mood.
While 2024 may not be that far behind... those are countries whose songs I HATED last year, so the only way was up.

It's very close for both Albania and Slovenia, just for entirely different reasons. I still think 2023 Albania and Slovenia slightly win out for me though.
