My picks:
2007 - Anonymous - Salvèm el mòn
2008 - Olta Boka - Zëmren e lamë peng
2009 - Inga & Anush - Jan Jan
2003 - Alf Poier - Weil der Mensch zählt
2010 - Safura - Drip Drop
1978 - Jean Vallèe - L'amour, ca fait chanter la vie
2020 - Victoria - Tears getting sober
2017 - NAVIband - Story of my Life (Historiyja majho zyccja)
1971 - Sèvèrine - Une banc, un arbre, une rue
1990 - Egon Egemann - Musik klingt in die welt hinaus (1986 - Daniela Simons - Pas pour moi is a close second)
1982 - Anna Vissi - Mono i agapi (easiest choice ever... It's a masterpiece)
2015 - Marta Jandová & Václav Noid Bárta - Hope never dies
1980 - Katja Ebstein - Theater
1963 - Grethe & Jørgen Ingmann - Dansevise (One of the best songs ever on Eurovision, so really easy choice again. But generally I love all their songs in the '90s and I find them pretty underrated too)
2009 - Urban Symphony - Rändajad (toe to toe with 1997 - Maria Liis Ilus - Kelatuud Maa and 2012 - Ott Lepland - Kuula... I just love Estonia language so much!)
2006 - Lordi - Hard Rock Hallelujah (I mean...yeah)
Really difficult choice, lots of masterpieces... I go with 1979 - Anne Marie David - Je suis l'enfant soleil (The intensity of her singing is killing me every time I listen to it and I think I actually prefer this to Tu te reconnaitras)
It has to be... 1990 - Azucàr Moreno - Bandido
2019 - Oto Nemsadze - Sul tsin iare (Vaaaarada Vaaaarada... One word: underrated!)
1991 - Sofia Vossou - I anixi (without the saxo problem, this could have won, change my mind. It was a very unfortunate coincidence to have your saxophonist ill (or being kicked out... We'll never know the truth) the day of the Grand Finale)
1999 - Doris Dragovic - Marija Magdalena
1994 - Friderika Bayer - Kinek mondjam el vètkeimet
1967 - Sean Dunphy - If I could choose (In my opinion the best ballad to be ever performed on a Eurovision stage)
1983 - Ofra Haza - Hi
2009 - Yohanna - Is it true?
1987 - Raf & Umberto Tozzi - Gente di mare
1999 - Aisté - Strazdas
Oh my God... In the '60 they only had fantastic entries... My choice is probably 1964 - Hughues Aufray - Dès que les printemps revient
2023 - Sudden Lights - Aija (please, qualify...)
1980 - Samira Bensaïd - Bitaqad Hub
2013 - Aliona Moon - O mie
2012 - Rambo Amadeus - Euro Neuro (I still think it is a fantastic troll act)
2012 again - Kaliopi - Crno i belo
2013 - Gianluca Bezzina - Tomorrow
1980 - Maggie MacNeal - Amsterdam
Another difficult choice... I go with my 1993 winner Silje Vige - Alle mine tankar (but all '90s and '00 were awesome for Norway)
2005 - Ivan & Delfin - Czarna Dziewczyna
2022 - Maro - Saudade Saudade (Thank you Maro for one of the most beautiful moments of Turin 2022)
1998 - Malina Olinescu - Eu cred (Rest in peace, Malina...)
2008 - Jelena Tomasevic feat. Bora Dugic - Oro
1997 - Alla Pugacheva - Primadonna (Unpopular maybe, but I liked it)
And yet again, difficult choice: Sweden has send great songs, expecially in the past, some of them are even underrated or totally forgotten because of recency bias which lean towards modern ones. If I had to pick one, I'll probably go with 1996 - One more time - Den Vilda
1998 - Katarina Hasprová - Modlitba (deserved a lot better)
2007 - Alenka Gotar - Cvet z juga (the sweet 1996 - Regina - Dan Najlepsih Sanj and the powerful 2011 - Maja Keuc - No one are close runner ups. But Alenka still has the best popera song in Eurovision, so yeah)
2013 - Valentina Monetta - Crisalide ( 2008 - Miodio - Complice is the runner up)
Easy choice for me... Nothing is close to 1997 - Sebnem Paker & Ethnic Group - Dinle
2021 - Go_A - Shum
1976 - Brotherhood of men - Save your kisses for me (1997 - Katrina & The Waves - Love shine a light is my second)
1990 - Tajci - Hajde da ludujemo
I will honestly surprise you all but I still think 2018 - Jessica Mauboy - We got love is the best song they send. I know it flopped but the studio version is soooooo good. I still listen to that song, quite a lot.
2006 - Hari Mata Hari - Lejla
