OMG neko being revolutionary by creating a own motto you are already a great host

and its even a nice motto... If I had to come up with a motto I just had ideas like "Free beer for everyone" or something

I've sent song for this edition, but I have small request.

In case we have 3 semis, can I be in the 3rd one? Or if we have only 2, I need to be in the 2nd. I'm flying to Bucharest on 1st of February and I'll spend my whole day on 31st traveling to Belgrade. That's why I might need some extra day to vote, since I'm not sure how I'm gonna deal with internet in beautiful land of Romania.
