OMG, I just decided to skip two editions and here we are in WV 175 Final!

BTW, I don't know if you noticed it, but no food made it to the final. No halloumi, sheftalia, arkatena or tahinopita. But, I can share some anari (Cyprus ricota-style cheese) and mahalepi so I won't let you all starve to death!!

Yes it's sweet and its eaten during summer months as it's very refreshing, it's made by corn flour and rose cordial, served cold. Sometimes served with rose ice cream.
