Who will fail to qualify for the first time?

It's prediction time again! The list of countries who have always qualified for the final gets shorter every year. Last year Georgia didn't make it to the final for the first time in their short Eurovision history. This year, Azerbaijan is back on the list after successfully hosting the show last year while Bosnia and Herzegovina sits out.

I think Azerbaijan and Russia are definite qualifiers with Ukraine following them. The rest two countries, especially Romania, have some risks.
