Jerry Heil is in :nl: Groningen right now, she's in the jury of MME AWARDS (previously won by her, and 2 years ago by alyona alyona :cool: also won by Stromae and Rosalía as well). This year the jury gave the Grand Prix and 15000 € to :fr: Zaho.

Jerry heil hmmm I don't know. I don't understand. Maybe I do why is Ukraine first in bookies. After all they got 100+ with tvorchi. But this song is so shum+manizha from Russia+ jamala.

First part is like typical shum.. boring
than goes chorus which is good even though repetitive and all one note. And then that boring rap part. This doesn't deserve even top 5 in Eurovision.. honestly. I could be ok with 2/3 of the song to be deleted. And she doesn't need that rap woman. She ruins it..but the chorus is so beautiful and jerry songs and whistles so beautifully.


It's still much better than tworchi..maybe even Stefania. I disliked them so much. And I hope melovin wins. But if not him than I dont mind Jerry.

What nationality is Jerry. Is she British? It's such atipical ukraninan name..

Vidbir is not Vidbir without scandals. YAKTAK plagiarized (or bought) his key sample from another song released in 2022. It's identical. As well as rhythm section. The whole song is based on it, lol.
Even if the broadcaster closes their eyes (it's impossible to use a backup, because they have shot postcards and they're working on everyone's staging already), the jury should butcher him xshrug

EDIT: The broadcaster has consulted with the EBU and the EBU allowed his participation because he bought the samples.

Even artists from Ukraine can have American-inspired stage names.

After registering for the Russian social media service VKontakte, she used the name Jerry Mouse, referencing the cartoon character of the same name. She then changed Mouse to Heil, citing her desire to use whatever American surname she saw on the Internet first. She has expressed her embarrassment for the backstory behind her stage name, calling it "moronic."

If they manage to do this live, I'll be happy with either of those. Alyona & Jerry and Mèlovin probably have the most Eurovision potential though.
