I think that only Wiwibloggers liked Finland. Right now, everyone seems to be saying, Oh, what a pitty that Finland qualified. Finland was probably border qualifier

It's Switzerland after all ... what did you guys expect?
But damn ... I gotta say that she slayed that performance.

She slayed imo and they gave a great show to it but there was something detectably off with the sound mix that arrested the impact. It can't be just my TV speakers or ears, right? :? There was some general problem with the sound all around (bar maybe 5 acts) for most but here it did not allow me to enjoy as much as it was possible. It was like vocals were drowned more than it was appropriate (bunged up altogether in the track). At Swiss final it was all right in that aspect as was at pre-parties.

Overall I did not enjoy the semi-final as much as I wanted because of that foul realisation all arround (neither the sound, nor terrible camera work).
Only few acts have escaped unscathed from that awful production. Not sure how much of that responsibility lies on different sides involved including the Swiss.

Kind of stupid how this failed. This was Switzerland trying really, really hard. The song sounded even bigger in the arena and the performance was awesome (one of the very best). Very disappointing results tonight.

I had Lithuania at 1 and Switzerland at 2, Austria at 5... so I fancied Switzerland more than my own country tonight. Very sorry!!

My only regret this year is how unbalanced the semis were.

Speaking the truth,
in this contest we've seen the 3 tenori losing the prize (2015) and we've also seen a total crap that noone will ever recall wining it(2016).

So after all these it's not that strange that "Stones" didn't manage to qualify.....

I thought Switzerland was robbed, both my friend in the UK and I thought this would sneak in and qualify (he even voted for it). It's sad to lose one of my top 5, but somehow and some way they will find that spark they need to qualify again
